    The condo was perfect. We were concerned with people upstairs and the amount of noise they were making. Appeared that they were moving furniture all the time. We were surprised at the weather and how cold it turned and the amount of snow that resulted. Overall the condo was perfect and fit our needs to a tee.

    My wife and I stayed in this condo for 4 nights in September 2016. It is quite pleasant and was clean. Bed was good. It's not as fancy as many condos we've stayed in, but an excellent value. The management company was very responsive and easy to deal with.

    Located in the edge of residential quarter. Poor view but view quiet.
    Very good general condition.
    Ameliorations: Poor soundproofing with upstairs. no bbq.

    Great location, 1 block from Cache St/Town Square at the base of Snow King Mtn. Management prompt to answer questions, provide assistance. Consider upper level if possible due to overhead foot traffic noise. Beautifully decorated w all amenities. Multitude of restaurants and outdoor things to do. The Natural Museum of Wildlife Art (and Cafe) is definitely worth a visit! Amazing art!

    The location of this property is very convenient / close to all of the restaurants and shops in Jackson. The condition of the home was fine, although it is extremely inconvenient that there is no place to put your clothing. No dresser or shelf anywhere in the bedroom for clothes. Also, there was not a single hanger in the house nor was there a blow dryer. We were in Jackson Hole for a wedding and had to purchase hangers (that we left with the property) and a blow dryer. If you will be in and out and simply want a basic, clean, well maintained place to stay, I would recommend this property.

    Was a nice experience. Easy walking distance to town. One concern I had was that the wooden walkway to the parking area iced over in the morning and I took a nasty fall. Would recommend some warning signs or applying something to give better footing. Pretty dangerous when icy.

    Very nice, quiet 1 bedroom with a great king bed. Well located and very comfortable. Kitchen was great. Only concern was sometimes a sewer smell wafted through...odd.

    This little condo was perfect for what we needed. Very close to Snow King and an excellent park for the kids.
    Bedroom has no dresser and the kitchen was not well stocked with basics for cooking. Other than that we loved our stay. Very clean and well cared for property.

    All of the amenities of home were found at this rental. There was no central air conditioning or ceiling fan or wall fans. Wish they were there since the weather was pretty hot during our stay. There were no nice views, but it is centrally located in town. Overall nice stay.

    Great place. We appreciated the price especially for Jackson and what we got for $. Like others bed to big for bed room. We had difficulty sleeping. For some reason guy/person walked around until 2:00 in the morning. Thump thump. Then it would stop for awhile then thump thump. Who ever this person was they waled from one end of the apt to the other with a heavy walk until all hrs of the night.
    Recommendation: before you have to pay a lot of $ to rip up the vinyl tile in kitchen and bath room ( including having to remove the toilet to fix damage) put in some kind of T molding or flat thin board between the two separated vinyl tile between bathroom and kitchen. It's probably not too late but if you don' cover the split betwwen tile in bathroom and kitchen it will crack more and begin to shred and then eventually you'll have to replace tile probably in both the kitchen and bathroom. You' ll have to drill through concrete to put in protective barrier. No big deal. Better than replacing tile. The toilet handle needs fixing. I adjusted it and it worked ok while we were there but will need fixing. Probably best to replace internal flushing mechanism.

    We rented for 10 days in August the condo is a daylight basement off the street and was easy access, clean and within walking distance from Snow King and downtown. There are guests upstairs and if you are a light sleeper the footfall may wake you but aside from that we were pleased.

    My husband and 3 year old son just finished a wonderful vacation to Jackson Hole. 565 Vine unit #4 was the perfect place to stay! Clean and cozy upon our arrival with a nice guest basket of snacks. The pull out couch was perfect for our son and the main bedroom was very comfortable for 3 nights. It was a very convenient walk to downtown Jackson (coffee and ice cream runs were a plenty) and literally 5 minutes from the park at the bottom of Snow King Mountain to let our toddler get his wiggles out! Cooked dinner there and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this property and will be staying there again next year when we explore Yellowstone. On a final note, the property owner was super nice and helpful, she will make your stay wonderful right from the start. Thanks again!

    We did not notice it's a half basement property. Suitable for shorter stay. It would be better if they provide coffee filter and cooking oil in rental.
