    The house was great for our family of 10. It was a little hot at night though. A few things need updating. The shower leaked. It was great for what we needed. Excellent location. Front row for fireworks. Walk to Snow King Park. Walk to town.

    This is Jackson, WY. You have to calibrate your expectations to the prices in this area. If you are expecting granite counter-tops and valet parking, not happening with 515 Cache.

    We spent a week skiing here with 3 couples (no kids). 4 Bedrooms, 3 & 1/2 bath, downtown walking distance to Snowking Mountain (+ Olga's Spa) and downtown Jackson. 2 blocks from a brewery!! This is really hard to beat. Everything you need and almost everything we wanted. We did a lot of research on Jackson Hole and several other resorts and we are at a loss trying to do better than 515 Cache at this price point in this market.

    Specs -

    Kitchen is well appointed if you are a foodie. Even had very good knives which you never have at a condo.

    2 queen beds, 2 trundle beds in the massive basement with a great carpeted living room for stretching.

    Two very nice Queen bedrooms. One with attached bath. Second with shared bath.

    One really cool bedroom with two really nice bunk beds (sleeps four).

    Washer/dryer and a real fireplace for long evenings with the TV turned off.

    Gripes: Only has parking for two; possibly 3 vehicles if you are creative. Wintertime snow removal restrictions require all vehicles off the streets 3 am to 7 am. Again this is Jackson. It snows here a lot which is why we were here in the first place.

    Beds could have been higher grade. Fine but not 5 star.

    Not enough couch area to sit 6 and the Tv's in the living rooms are are to small. The basement living room should have more seating or something so more guys can hang out. I have stayed at the cache units for a lot of years and this has always been a problem, I will probably find somewhere else next year unless this gets changed. Sincerely Blaine Miller

    We had a lovely time in our rental in Jackson. The property fit our party of 9 perfectly. The rental is a little older but not a big deal. It is so close to the downtown square and access to a great park around the corner for the kids and a great view of Snow King.

    The house was fine and the location was perfect. However, while there were about 5-6 large soup spoons (not even enough given a house that accommodates at least 8 people) there was only one teaspoon and it has a nick in the side so painful on the mouth when used. We bought plastic spoons and I can recommend 25 cent spoons at the Thrift Market. I would have bought some had I noticed them early during our stay. The toaster only works if you stand there and manually hold the button down for the duration. It would be nice to have soap dishes in each bathroom. Additionally, I would think you would provide a minimum of one dishwasher tab per day for the length of the stay. We were 8 people in the house and there were only 4 tabs for a 1 week rental. Finally a 10AM checkout is earlier than what I would consider a standard 11AM or a generous noon. When you require guests to take off all the sheets, pile all the linens in one place, and load the dishwasher I think the least you could do is provide more time on the day of checkout. I'm not sure that I've stayed in any VRBO or AIRBNB that requested so much clean-up. These are all fairly minor complaints, but it's usually the small things that are annoying. You really don't need to publish this. I'm submitting it for your information and with the hopes that these are easy enough to correct for the next guests.

    Loved Jackson Hole. The home we rented was very affordable with 4 bedrooms with bathrooms on each floor. Location was walking distance (quarter mile) to restaurants, a brewery and the bar scene in Jackson. Furniture was comfortable but a bit dated, hence I believe, the reason it was so reasonable. All equipment worked well.

    The property was exactly as described, clean, tidy, convenient and with almost everything we required. We were a party of six and were originally expecting to be a group of eight. There were enough beds, but it would have been quite tight with eight. Perfect for a large family or extended family (as we were) though.....very satisfactory, enjoyable experience.

    We had a very nice stay for our family reunion trip to Grand Teton National Park. Very convenient to go to the Park, as well as for grocery shopping or eateries. The house is well equipped, we can conveniently prepare most of our meals including a BBQ. One additional comment is that it will be nice if the basement area is better furnished with wardrobe or clothes hangers, both in the rooms and in the bathroom. Other than that, it has been a superb vacation stay.

    The property was clean, well located, and a joy to stay in. There were treats awaiting us, and very nice soaps, shampoos, lotions in the bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with most everything that you would need (including salt/pepper, oil, some spices). The towels were fluffy and a joy to use. There was plenty of space to spread out. The beds in the 3 bedrooms upstairs were nice, but the bunk beds and the futon (not in a bedroom but also downstairs) were uncomfortable or amazingly squeeky. That being said, we just used our pack n play in the basement and used it for a "playroom" for our kiddo. It allowed everyone sleep without having a kid wake them (or us wake him). The manager was fantastic and a joy to work with. I would certainly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

    Our stay here at 515 cache was grand. There were eight of us, all with boards and skis, and we had lots of space and privacy. There are three bedrooms on the 2nd story, and two rooms in the basement. The basement is perfect for kids (although we didn't bring any) and has two good sized rooms (one of which isn't pictured), bathroom and laundary. One of the guys slept in the race car bed the whole trip, even though there were three couches and one bunk free. We even had a small yoga class in the basement room that's not pictured. We had a van, but walked most places in Jackson since it was so close to the center. We never did hear the people in the two adjoined condos.

    Everything we needed was already there, including everything in the kitchen, propane and laundary detergent. There was even a care package waiting for us when we arrived! The only thing that we really missed was a jacuzzi, which was pretty hard to be without after a day on the mountain.

    MPM, and especially Kathy, were a pleasure to deal with and very accomodating. We landed early and left late, so she coordinated with the cleaning service both days to allow us more time. Both days, we used that time to walk to Snow King Resort (literally one block away), and spend more time on the slopes!
