Q:  What time is check-in?

   A:  Check-in starts at 3 pm.

Q:  What time is check-out?

   A:  Check-out is 11 am.

Q:  What if I am arriving late?

   A:  We understand if you need to arrive later in the day.  We do, however, politely ask you 
   to call us and let us know if this is the case.  You may reach us at 800-992-9948.

Q:  Where is Jackson Hole located?

   A:  Jackson Hole is 18 miles from the Moose, Wy entrance to Grand Teton National Park, 
   and 55 miles from the south entrance to Yellowstone National Park.

Q:  What is your cancellation policy?

   A:  All funds collected are non-refundable.  We do offer travel insurance through CSA Travel
   Protection if you have any concerns regarding your ability to complete your travel plans.  For
   more information on the travel insurance, you may contact our office at 800-992-9948 or

Q:  What items are provided in each property?

   A:  All properties are fully equipped.  They include all linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, 
   laundry detergent (starter amount), firewood, and fire starter (for 2 fires).

Q:  Where do we pick up the key upon arrival?

   A:  We ask that you contact our office two days prior to your arrival  to arrange for the 
   delivery of keys.

Q:  If I cannot find an answer to my question?

   A:  If you were not able to find an answer on our website, please contact us directly and
